Wrong way... weigh in

Well... the scales are going in the wrong direction. Weigh in lt Thusday was 159. I probably picked the wrong time to start my diet back with this move ahead. My plan at the moment is to try to just maintain or at least NOT GAIN anymore weight until we get moved and then I will get really busy with the diet thing. The kids will be back in school as soon as we move so I will be able to hit the gym again. The problem there will just be making myself go to the gym. I wonder how far it will be from the new house;. Shouldn't be too far. Right now the gym is a 30 min drive from our house. I sure have to do something though because I can't keep gaining. I'm so disgusted with myself rightnow it isn't even funny.

Hi Candy

I have started on a weight loss program in February and so far have lost about 8kg. But I have not always stuck to

the program so my weight loss is very slow. I have just come back from a seminar where people went on stage and

told us about their weight loss. I couldn't believe it. There were people who lost 50, 60 kg and some close to

100kg. It was absolut fantastic. If you want some more information about the weight loss program visit our website:

www.weightlossonthego.com or www.weightlossonthego.com/information . The program is absolut incredible.

I also work with energy techniques. There is a very easy one to do. Just sit on your hands or if that is not

possible hold your middlefinger. I know it sounds weird but it definetly helps. Sitting on your hands has the

following benefits: Quietly regenerate, Harmonise chaotic mind, Keeps focus, Clarity, Developing alertness,

Activates metabolism; Aids Blood disharmony (diabetes, hypertension, circulation), Immune system, Tightness in

muscle (too much done, doesn’t let go, To be on guard à fear), Appetite, Increases vitality. For more information

about this energy techniqe visit: http://www.jsjinc.net

Good Luck
Annette
