Weigh In - Better than I though

Well today's weigh in was much better than I thought it would be. I had been worried because I had to get a shot of cortisone in my elbow on Tuesday of this past week and steroids can make you gain weight. So I was really not looking forward to this weeks weigh in at all. On top of the shot... I haven't exercised either. It seems I have a pinched nerve in my elbow and my hand is half numb and has been for over 6 weeks now. So after the shot the doc also has me wearing an elbow pad which makes it hard to bend my elbow. If this shot doesn't fix my problem though I will have to have surgery on my elbow to relive the pinched nerve. If that happens I'm liable to gain some weight for sure cause then I will be out of commission for a bit. Hopefully this shot will fix it because I really don't want surgery.

Ya know that is the most that I have lost thus far in one week. Could I be so lucky as to have the steroids make me lose weight instead of gain? That would be sweet but I doubt that is the case. I have just been really busy this past week even without exercising. Between closing on our house and running back and forth to the doctors.
