My gameplan

So how do I plan to go about this diet of mine. I plan to follow the old WW Point system, drink more water, and exercise.

Yesterday I only did a tiny bit of exercise... 50 crunches and no cardio at all. But I suppose that is better than nothing at all. Crunches and other tummy slimming things will be a big part of my exercises. I have to git rid of that pouch. I know that part will not be easy... especially after I've had 2 c-sections. But I do know that it is possible to get a flat stomach again after having a c-section so that is my goal!

Ready .. Set... Go!!!

Ok... today is the official start date of my diet. Can't say that I've gotten off to a good start today. Had to go to family day and they had BBQ, slaw, hush puppies, beans and corn on the cob. Although I probably sweated off a few pounds standing out in the hot humid air all day.

Anyway... official start weight this morning was 156.8
I haven't done my measurments but I will do those soon.

One last day

Well tomorrow I will start back on my diet. I better enjoy myself today! I'm really not looking forward to going back on my diet but I know I have got to do it. Either that or accept being a fat cow and since I am not going to accept that I am a fat cow then I have no choice.

If I can lay off my soda that would be a great help. And of course if I can make myself drink the water that I should be drinking. Packing up the house may be the only exercise that I get until the kids are back in school. But it looks like as soon as we get moved the kids will start school immediately and then I have to unpack the house of course.

Countdown to the start

Ok... so my start date for my diet will be this Thursday the 29th of July. Why a Thursday? Well that is just when the 1st of the month fell when I first started my diet right after my husband had deployed to Iraq. So I have all of my stuff set up to go from Thursday to Wed and I kinda like it that way because that way if I splurge on the weekend I still have a few days to get back on track before I have to weigh in.

So today I just got through eating a bite of my daughter's bday cake. I better enjoy it while I can right? Just 2 days until I have to start.

I dunno how well this will work... we are trying to pack up our house because we are supposed to move at some point. I know dieting during the move will be a nightmare. Hopefully it won't take too long to get things tore down and set back up when we move.

Introduction

Well... long story short... I have got to get rid of this fat!!! I am sick of it!

For a while i was doing good with my battle... my hubby went off to Iraq and when he came home he found his wife 35lbs lighter! I gained back 10 lbs during the few months that I had him home because I stopped working out and I actually had to cook again. Then he went on his 2nd trip to Iraq... my plan was to at least drop the 10lbs that I had gained back. Well no luck there. I not only didn't lose 10 lbs I gained about 4. So I kept saying ok I have to go back on my diet... but when! Well I got on the scales the other day and the answer is NOW!!! I about croaked when i read 158 on the scales. Still not up to where I was when hubby first went to Iraq but sheesh!

So I say to my husband... "why didn't you tell me I was getting fat again????"
He looks at me not knowing what to say. Well honestly I hadn't noticed how fat
I had gotten again. I knew that my clothes had started getting tight but I didn't know that I had gained 10lbs since he had came back home the 2nd time.

So before I am completely disgusted with myself and my weight... I better get busy trying to get this fat gone!
