Weigh in

Today's weigh in was 163.0. I think I am up .2lbs but I may not be remembering correctly so without going back and looking I dunno if it is up or down... i know it isn't up much if it is up... and given that it was the week of Thanksgiving and I had that shot of cortizone in my elbow I think I can live with it either way.
